BSOD on start up, error 0x0000000a , 0x00000050

Problem description
My problem is as follows:

When the computer has been turned off for at least a few hours, I'm getting BSOD's while booting but it is rarely.
When cold booting (computer has been turned off for at least several hours), I get a BSOD just after the Windows 7 `Starting Windows` logo screen.
The BSOD message differsAGE_FAULT_IN_NON_PAGED_AREA, and sometimes IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
The computer boots, but gives a BSOD after a few secs on the desktop.
The computer boots, but when you left it doing nothing for 5-10 mins then it will crash in random times.
After a succesful boot, Windows runs perfectly, including games (e.g. NFS The Run etc @ max most heavy games runs perfectly).

I have reinstalled Windows a few times, and I tried different Catalyst drivers (12.2, 12.3 and 12.4), and various (including latest) motherboard BIOSes.
Tested memory with memtest usually 9passes per stick, replaced PSU, tried scanning hdd for errors/ installing OS to another HDD`s - still no solution.
Tried sfc /scannow -no error found/ diver verifier - didn't crash when activated.

I am afraid your installation is not genuine. Non-Genuine Windows contains security leaks and also cannot be properly updated which may result in instabilities and blue screen crashes. If you were not aware that your Windows was Non-Genuine, contact your seller or the company that provided the seller and file a complaint. Also let Microsoft know of the problem.
