Hello everyone,

I am facing a weird and quite strange issue...!!! First of all few days back, all my data erased and it was just like a freshly installed windows even though I shut down the computer properly :(...

Secondly few days back, I faced a memory dump issuse and I restarted the pc with LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION and everything went fine.. and the next day i also faced the memory dump issue and this time i didn't go with LAST KNOWN GOOD CONFIGURATION and windows restored in startup repair to the previous backup...!!! Now, It is running fine... But I'm concerned what caused the issue and which program should I avoid installing :(... In the latest BSOD, the most recent program I installed was GOOGLE CHROME....

I'm attaching the minidump... Hopes that it will be helpful :)

And please bear with my ENGLISH :P

Regards,

I suspect a potential hardware problem, probably RAM related since critical system drivers were involved. Test your RAM for at least 7 passes with Memtest
http://www.sevenforums.com/tutorials/105647-ram-test-memtest86.html

Run Prime 95 to test your CPU. Carefully the instructions in this tutorial: CPU - Stress Test with Prime95. Run 3 separate tests, one on each of the settings (Blend, Small FFTs, Large FFTs). Post back with your results.
Note that this test may overheat the CPU, ensure proper cooling.

I'll be going to perform the given suggestions... Just to bother you again, I live in a country where LOAD SHADING is a problem :(,, So if I go on checking the RAM using Memtest and power failure occurs, is there any chance of damaging the RAM badly??

Sorry dear, bear with me as I'm totally ILLETRATE about hardware stuff... by proper cooling, should I take of the cover and lie down so that it gets better cooling with ceiling fan as well??

Regards,

I did the test with memtest and the results were ok with 7 pass and 0 errors...
I'll soon be doing the stress test and will be posting the log...

Regards,
Proper cooling includes a correct airflow in your case to ensure the removal of heat and a properly functioning CPU fan/colling system. If Prime95 comes out clean & if you still experience crashes upload the a new attachment.
