Hi there guys,

I have started experiencing the BSOD since last night. Here is the latest Error Signature:

The recent changes that I made are related to the internet connection. I recently installed the blackberry desktop manager to use my blackberry as a modem. I was without my Cable modem for a week till 2 days ago. Then yesterday I was notified of an update so I went ahead and updated the desktop software. This was the last change that happened before I started seeing the BSOD.

I was able to recreate this situation if I attempted starting the AT&T Global Client. I would get the BSOD as soon as I tried to start the program. This is the laptop provided by my employer so The Global client is what I use to connect to the office network through VPN.

I decided to uninstall the AT&T Client hoping that it would help. But it happened again.

I have attached the mini dump folder.

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Hello !! Welcome to SF !!

I guess the issue is with O2Micro USB CCID SmartCard Reader I would uninstall the drivers completely.

Then go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers and rename oz776.sys to oz776.old

Also i have posted the list of Drivers look for the old drivers and updated them if possible.

Thank you so much for the quick response.

I tried to uninstall the O2Micro USB CCID SmartCard Reader and I got the blue screen. So I went into safe mode and uninstalled it. I have also renamed the oz776.sys to oz776.old I need some help with the next step you mentioned below.
I guess I did not quite understand what it means...
Are all the files listed drivers? Where can I find them and how do I go to an older driver? or do you mean I have to rename them to .old?

Sorry fairly new to this...
