Hi espresso1 and welcome to sevenforums, I hope you'll enjoy your stay here.

And I've been researching your problem and looking through the logs it seems as if your processor is overheating and that is why you are getting the BSOD, in your eventlog.txt I found out that your processor hits 381 Kelvin/107 Celsius when the BSOD hits.

I would recommend you to follow this guide:
How to install a new CPU cooler – step by step - How-To - PC Advisor

Cheers!

wow amazing you just made my day.

i see what are you talking about _PSV = 381K
but what did you looked for in this huge file?
i had another blue screen today with ntfs.sys driver problem code 0x000000024
i made another zip attached here do you see today event?
i still would like to understand the connection between the bsod event and the heating of the processor
where do you see it?
where do you find the bsod event?
what is the normal temp of the processor should be?
what is _CRT = 378K it is also high
thank you
Guy

Hi espresso1,

The ntfs BSOD tells us that there might be an issue with your hard drive, so I would recommend you to run HGST's drive fitness tool, you can download it here:
https://www.hgst.com/support/hard-drive-support/downloads#DFT

Well the BSOD happened the exact same minute that the computer reported very high temperatures.

And I found it in the eventlog.txt and then by comparing when the BSOD happened and I scrolled until I found the matching time and date.

The BSOD are the three files with .dmp at the end in the zip that you uploaded and we use a special program to look at the files.

Well the cooler the CPU the better because then your computer will run much more smoother. So you should try to keep it at like 40 C if possible.

And _CRT means critical temperature like this:

Hi
thank you very much for explanation and help
i did ran the
HGST's drive fitness tool,
it did not find error but it is not checking the primary drive where the operating system is
both my hard drives are new 1 is corsair ssd the other is hdd toshiba.
i ran also hard disk sentinel check and chkdsk /f c:
which were ok
i noticed that at the time of crash of ntfs driver today 15:01 the temp of cpu was also 381k
so could it be that the cause was also the cpu fan?
should not be cpu fan error massage in cases like this?
i will definitely replace the cpu cooler
do you recommend another tool to test hard drive at this point?

regards
Guy

Well I think that you are using the stock cooler for the cooling solution, the one that came with the CPU which tends to be really bad, and normally you aren't advised to use it, rather buy another one.

And you'll need to get the exact make and model of your motherboard if you need help with choosing a new cooler!

Well you can do chkdsk /f /r on your OS disk and set it to run upon boot, it will ask if you want to do it when you select your C disk and then you just type "Y" for yes and reboot!

Well in the end it will always come down to what you want to buy, however I would go for a bigger cooler than one of those smaller ones but if there is a shortage of space then I guess arctic one is a good choice.

But looking at the price in my honest opinion you wont regret the buy.

hi
did you see it ? it is quite big i do not think it is smaller than what you recommended
cryorig is not present in Israel
and coolmaster is not available at the shop.
it was not a question of price at all.
the seller of the cooler told me it is a waste of spending because he does not think it was thew problem that the cpu is not designed to pass 40 c and if the fan is not working it will not pass 70c
the shop where i bought the pc the owner and technician also think the cpu cannot reach 107 c and they think it is windows
and if it was true i should felt the heat from the pc because 107 is very hot.
they also told me they ran test under stress the result with arctic freezer 11 was 75 c at the core of cpu never reached higher level during hour of test
and with the arctic freezer pro 7 45 c
since it is already 2 months i am experiencing this problem i did not have anything to lose and i went along with your theory and recommendation and discard their opinion in few days we will know for sure who is right
i hope not to be disappointed again.
i will update soon

On request of BorisTheAnimal I post some findings.

   Warning
Programs that claim to update your drivers install either the wrong or corrupted drivers.
If you have installed any driver with DriverToolkit, please remove them as it may cause trouble.

Please uninstall everything of Intel graphics using Display Driver Uninstaller and install new drivers from Intel. Be sure to ONLY install the drivers using custom/advanced options.

i never used driver toolkit.
i do not know how to find these drivers.
i do not understand the purpose of this code.
what is the relevance to my problem?
there were also some test you ask to make:
attached screenshot of some information
the trial version of hd tune pro is not permitting to save anything
all the test including sea tools for windows hdd full generic scan went fine
all cables in good condition no loosen or broken.

Hello again.
i hoped not to post again except saying problem solved but here i am reporting another blue screen 0x0000007a type
happened this evening 20:27 according to eventlog . but when i scrolled up i have noticed 381k also this morning in eventlog but there was no blue screen and also yesterday and so on .
also at time of crash there were lot of programs open excel and some others. the mouse freezes and after a while there was blue screen in picture followed by reboot and select device.
do you think it is the graphic driver ?
what is the connection to the fan?
there was no heat from pc, temperature real time was 30 c after the crash and the days after installing the new cooler was 30-40 the max
i really hope you will be right at your 2nd observation
regards
Guy

Debugging bluescreens isn't always an easy task + a bluescreen could have many causes at once while only 1 is showing.

There is no record of a bluescreen after 28th last year.

It would be worth it to check the cable, ports and the cable connections for any bent/broken pins or any kind of damage.
NOTE: with the cable and ports I mean the ports and cable related to the hard drive

What is it you don't understand?
If you can be more specific, I can give more specific instructions :)

Updating drivers usually helps yes, but I would strongly suggest to find the drivers manually online, download and install them.
It is the best to install manually instead of using a tool, this garantees a good installation with the right drivers.
