And i tried f8 button to go to boot manager but it goes to windows error recovery again

Have you tried a second startup repair? It sometimes takes three tries to fix the problem.

* To give a definitive answer to your problem we do of course need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

STOP 0x0000007E: SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

Usual causes: Insufficient disk space, Device driver, Video card, BIOS, Breakpoint with no debugger attached, Hardware incompatibility, Faulty system service, Memory, 3rd party remote control,

Yes ive tried that 10 times but its not working .

And i should remind you guys that i cant even login to the windows .
Icant reinstall the windows.

I cant login to my windows do i cant download and install anything to my pc . So i cant download and install hotfix to this pc . Remember that i said when i choose the startup repair the BSOFD apears .and do i have to login to the windows to get DMP file ?
And how to get it without loging in ?

When you go to error recovery, do you get a list of options to try? Or does it immediately try to do a startup repair?

You will need a Windows 7 DVD or a Windows 7 Repair Disc to fix the problem. You may have to find someone else with Windows 7 if you do not have a DVD so you can make the repair disc.

try the following:
1. Shut down your computer
2. Once the computer is turned off, unplug all power sources (AC Adapter then Battery)
3. Hold down the power button for 30 seconds
4. Plug power sources back in (Battery then AC Adapter)
5. Turn your computer back on
This will reset your software connections between the BIOS and hardware, and it will also clear any memory corruption in the temporary memory (disregard the battery statements if you are using a desktop and not a laptop).

If it is NOT under warranty, and you feel COMPLETLY comfortable doing this, it may help get you started.

This primarily applies to desktops.

Your error code points to a memory exception.

You may be able to boot into safe mode if you remove all but one stick of RAM.

Its a long shot and dont do it if you are not comfortable.

We do need the DMP file as it contains the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

You may be able to get the DMP files without crashing by booting into safe mode (F8) with networking.

To enable us to assist you with your computer's BSOD symptoms, upload the contents of your "\Windows\Minidump" folder.
The procedure:
* Copy the contents of \Windows\Minidump to another (temporary) location somewhere on your machine.
* Zip up the copy.
* Attach the ZIP archive to your post using the "paperclip" (file attachments) button.
*If the files are too large please upload them to a file sharing service like "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.
To ensure minidumps are enabled:
* Go to Start, in the Search Box type: sysdm.cpl, press Enter.
* Under the Advanced tab, click on the Startup and Recovery Settings... button.
* Ensure that Automatically restart is unchecked.
* Under the Write Debugging Information header select Small memory dump (256 kB) in the dropdown box (the 256kb varies).
* Ensure that the Small Dump Directory is listed as %systemroot%\Minidump.
* OK your way out.
* Reboot if changes have been made.

4 different apparent causes but my gut feeling says it is your Kaspersky.

I do notice Kaspersky which is a frequent cause of BSOD's. I would remove and replace it with Microsoft Security Essentials AT LEAST TO TEEST.

Microsoft Security Essentials - Free Antivirus for Windows

I would also run a system file check to verify and repair your OS files.

Run a system file check to verify and repair your system files.
To do this type cmd in search, then right click to run as administrator, then
SFC /SCANNOW

It may need to be run up to three times before successful

Sounds like the memory card has an issue. Test it in another computer, and/or use a known good one in that mobo.
