BSOD when laptop idle

BSOD happens after reinstalled windows 7 ultimate x64, and let it idle...
if i using the laptop through night, it was ok... playing games was ok

Can you please setup your PC to create a Small memory dump?

Sorry for the very late reply sir.

i have tried all options to create the minidump file, and got BSODs after..
no minidump created in the directory.. changed the directory for it, but still no minidump created
