BSOD when wake up from hibernation/sleep

Pleas help, BSOD happens when opening the lid of laptop.

0x116 bugchecks indicate an attempt to reset the graphics card and display driver failed to respond within the allocated time interval.
It's mainly caused by a failing GPU or bad display driver.

I suggest updating your display driver to the latest version.

I also recommend running Furmark to see if your GPU is failing (I doubt it but it's worth ruling it out as a possibility).
