Lately everytime I start my comp I get the BSOD. It say something about a crash dump. And then counts up to 100. I know very little about computers. My husband knows more and has tried to resore the thing to a date before it started doing this. But it continued to do it. What can I do? Can I just reinstall Windows? Or do I need to do a factory reset? I use the computer everyday for school work and I have missed SO MUCH due to this problem. I can't print in safe mode and my computer only works in safe mode. What should I do? :(
Thanks in advance for any help!!! ♥
