BSOD while gaming

It was happening awhile ago, then died down. I was able to finish Portal 2 fine and get back to TF2.

Now they'll both crash after a maximum of 30mins. The only differences are that I've installed Mafia II (also had a BSOD with that) and started Folding@Home. It still crashes once I've quite F@H.

The latest BSOD dump is attached also with a Perfmon Report.

As you can see I have Win 7 64 bit and it's OEM. The hardware in my system is about 18 months old (depends) and the last time I reinstalled the OS was a few weeks back. System specs should be on my profile too.

Have you tested your memory ports? I found out the cause (well, I think it's the cause. i haven't gotten a blue screen yet) was a faulty memory port. I have 2x 2GB, and the 2nd memory slot was faulty. I'm running on 2gb for now until I can get a new motherboard.
