And the tech guys at Best Buy said that if I can burn with Windows DVD Maker (Which I can) then it is a driver problem with a 3rd party app, and I need to resolve with the manufacturer of that program!!!!

Did you tell them you are having issues with more than one program?

Yes. They said if Windows DVD maker burns then the drivers for burning are A-Ok.

For the life of me, I can't figure out how to enter the BIOS to change my boot sequence to boot from the cd I made with Macrium!!! I have tried holding in when the PC Boots, ESC, F1, F4, F6, F8, F10, and F12. And none of them seem to work!!! Do you any ideas?

Try tapping ESC when turning on, then tap f2 for setup.

I tried that. Whenever I press Esc, or any of the F keys I get an option that says choose the OS you want to start, and of course Win 7 is my only option. I do not ever get an option to enter BIOS

This happens even if you quickly tap the keys and do not hold them down?

If I tap Esc then press F1 it brings up the Safe Mode, Safe Mode w/ Command Prompt, Safe Mode w/ Networking or Start Windows Normal options.

I just tried the Del key and still no BIOS if I tap F2, it takes me to a screen that says Choose Operating System, or Enter Memory Diagnostic.

So more bad news....They have replaced the DVD Drive, as well as the MOBO and still receiving BSOD after burn. They are now hashing it up to a 3rd party driver issue. Royally screwed me over!!!!

Feeding off the posts above about how to enter the BIOS (if any other TOSHIBA user needs this) to change your Boot Sequence simply go to start, all programs, toshiba, Tools & Utilities, HW Setup, and then choose the Boot Settings Tab, there you can modify your boot order

Back to a question about Macrium....If I boot from the PE CD I created, I get a message that says, it is unable to install these drivers (probably 20 maybe?) One of which is the USB Driver that my External HD is connected to which contains the backup image that I want to use Macrium to revert to. How can I correct this in order to use Macrium to recover my "old" settings, since it seems to be a lost cause trying to burn a DVD on this PC with any app other than Win DVD Maker?

You will have to use device manager to determine what drivers are needed for the USB, then find those in C:\Windows\System32\Drivers using the Macrium CD/DVD

I am at work now, will have to test when I get home, but my USB device (here at least) is showing 4 drivers installed.

C:windows\system32\drivers\usbport.sys
C:windows\system32\drivers\usbuhci.sys
C:windows\system32\drivers\usbui.dll

One question about that:
1) Can I select multiple drivers for a device?
If I can not how do I know which driver is the "right" driver for me to choose?

You should be able to select all the drivers through the Macrium program.
