BSOD, windows wont boot not even on safe mode

Hi i have tried everything, but cant get past the blue screen. No matter what option i choose from f8 it keeps taking me to blue screen then startup repair starts to run for ages "attempting repairs". Is there anyway that i can bypass startup repair and get to my files, maybe thru the partitions? I tried safe mode with command prompts and nothing. Cant even restore. Dont have windows installation or recovery discs...Any help please!.. heres my system specs:
hp pavilion dv6-2155dx
intel core i3 cpu m 330 @2.13ghz
bios version f.1c
windows 7

You can use Ubuntu to try and access your files. Burn the ISO to a CD and when you boot to it choose "Try without making changes"
