I got a BSOD once or twice in February but it never came back, thought it would be alright. Then I moved offices in March, and it started happening again and much more often.

Oddly enough, right before it would BSOD, my internet connection would suddenly stop working, with the yellow caution icon, then the comp would freeze. Upon restart there was no internet connection AND the cd-rom was missing, as if not connected. I would try to restart or shutdown, and it would sometimes freeze on exit. Then on attempt 3 or 5 or 6 (random) it would suddenly run perfectly well, although I believe it would freeze upon shutdown/saving settings on exit.

Also, the computer turns itself on. I've checked the bios to make sure I have that setting turned off/disabled and it is. I've also tried keeping the ethernet unplugged in case it was from an outside source, no dice, still turned itself on.

What from I've read from the debug I've got mixed signals that it might be the processor failing, but I've run a stress test on it and it didn't BSOD after hours of stress testing (while playing MMORTS League of Legends, and watching netflix during load times - really pushing it). It seems to BSOD upon startup, and if it gets past start up it seems to run fine for as long as I keep it on.

Thank you in advance for any help you can offer.

From the first look, might be hardware failure, especially processor
I'll leave it to the others for further investigation...fingers crossed

The first parameter or argument has the value of 0x0, which is a Machine Check Exception, which means the CPU has detected a hardware problem and the address points to a processor error because the CPU has found one, so it could be a different form of hardware which is causing the issue.

In such a situation, it is best to use these steps:
Enable "Round off checking" before the test (see first post below tutorial).
All the hardware seeming to be running stable and tests reporting no errors, could mean a bad motherboard.
