Can not merge partisjon with diskmanager

Can anybody help me to merge C and D. I have tried with diskmanager and diskpart
but no sucsess. I only want to have one disk wih no partition. I want the disk as big as possible. Thanks.

Is Windows 7 on 1 partition & data on the other partition?

In disk management right click on D & delete volume then it should be unallocated then right click on C & extend volume should do it.

I did that but it did not work. I think the diskmanager can only extend a partisjon on the right side?
So I will need some program.
