Cannot install 7 from XP

It will see the disk in XP but won't do the install since I am going from 32 to 64 bit. Bios has already been reset and CMOS has been cleared.

Do you have an EFI BIOS? Did you follow all of the steps and run all of the commands in Post #12. There was no response to multiple steps and commands which normally resolve install problems.

Yes I did what was listed in post 12 and still nothing.
