cannot install nothing new

Hi i have problem still. i try all i change in regedit i spend 10h already and still out of solution.
My problem is.some time ago i noticed i cannot update my nvidia card(i was thinking nvidia problem) now today when i start update i downloaded file and when try open it starts load and nothing.so i try randomly intel graphics exe what i installed while ago and bang same stuff.some small exe files i can open i can open exe files what already installed before like was my nvidia old drivers before.but cannot install nothing new ? any help please ? i try in boot mode nothing helps. i restored pc to 3 days back and i got restore error about nvidia that cannot restore thatone anymore but i guess cus it was already unistalled. ? any solutions ?

Work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7. Start with disinfection, a Clean Boot, enable Automatically deliver drivers via Windows Update (Step 3) to run all Important and Optional Windows Updates to get vital patches and drivers. Then circle back to complete all other steps.

Uhh its unbelivible seems to me. Nod and malwere found 0 problems( and if i tell u true my pc in best shape ever i mean fast performance all up to dated).
I did all windows repairs and 0 problems found.
I try install many different drivers for nvidia,still not able.
did all with disck sweeper,all registry fixed,added exe launc in registry .
Bios updated all enebled.
The funny thing is.if i take my acceleration back for fsx and try install 0 problems,it really installing.But like i understund now all releated to windows like updates,or nvidia updates,or intel updates what i download from intel page for grapchiks,not able to launch installer.
pc finds in automatic update Nvidia graphic adapter,it installs it and after still all same,cannot install.
Can problem be releated to dll files ( i ask only cus once i disabled UIAutomationCore.dll for fsx)
Can problem be releated to servicess ? but i started them all to see results and same.
Ok one thing im unable to do.when i go cmd and try to do sfc/scannow it stops always at 10% same windows disck check,same in boot mode,no go more than 10%.
i go trough all topics,most of people with this problem had the registry problem with exe but they was not able to install nothing,but i cannot install like legal windows installers and same time all game installers and stuff from internet works ? btw thanks for fast replay im really frustrated by now. last thing what i want to do is format or windows reinstall.
i add picture what kind of error i get. now i try download any nvidia x32 driver to see maybe my problem now releated to x64.i will report soon

All my life i download from nvidia homepage.
x32 installers no work same for this. i scare i messed up once all in servicess i never play with them but once with some soft i disabled some of them? but now i try eneble all for windows servisess but i dont undestund do i need to restart after that ? seems like many of them stopp working again after restart.
I go really crazy i think i read more than 50 different topics and done so much that i scare some services problems. but i live all to you guys cus lets face it i did account here cus brain not huge enough to do something more. all what u need i provide here about my pc what u need

like i say i downloades from there dell all but cannot install from there.all what windows automaticly installed after restart i mean intel and nvidia adapter,thats it nothing more cannot

did step 7 clean boot and still same problem.

I tested now in compatibility mode nvidia launcher and now have some results.il post picture

Ok i read somewhere now that i bios i most see graphic options ? i installed new bios maybe around 2 months ago updated from dell web i mean first time. now i went to bios again to find any graphic releated options and i cannot find nothing about gpu/graphics ?

i went now to device manager i right click on my nvidia m435 and manually located new driver folder and guess what it installed new drivers like that. when i try press manually to open psyhixs msi to see what happen id gave me error the windows installer service could not be accessed this can occur if the windows installer not correctly installed.

wow i just noticed my windows installer servise is gone from msconfig servisess and when i open in run services i dont find there also.but im very sure it was yesturday there windows installer and module installer.
and i just opened my nod and i see 17 infections was removed at night. is it possible windows installer got infected ?

Start with the bootable AV scans from Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start
and then once at least two of them confirm its clean, run SFC /SCANNOW Run in Command Prompt at Boot until all System files are repairs. If this fails try the Repair Install.

But you'll end up with a much better install if you boot the installer to Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7 , making sure to delete all partitions during install. There is a step in either tutorial to rescue your files if needed. But put them on a quarantine disk or stick until scanned thoroughly with MBAM and your AV.

i messed up something 2 days ago when i start update nvidia,cus now i see i cannot even open fsx,exe what i was playng 2 days ago.when i buy this pc it had some user accounts,i start thing all stuff drivers and etc was there,somehow i manage delete or something missing from win i dont know.all works fine but only installers always with error.
You know man thanks for help but i live now more than 2 year in cambodia.my laptop from estonia i ordered it from finland to my home when i was living there. trust me the last thing what i have with me here is cd. if i want reinstall windows i most go buy from khmer people for 5 dollar some fake windows cd and later i will have 10 times more issues with fake windows. aaaand yes im not sure that i find original cd.maybe u no belive but here i will see cow flyng before original things on sale

You don't need to buy anything except a blank DVD or USB flash stick. The Win7 installation media for the licensed version and tool to write it to DVD or Flash stick are in steps 1 and 2 of Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. Did you read it?
