Solved Can't Do Fresh Install on New SSD

I was put in charge of building a buddy's computer recently. I have been having a bit of an issue with it.

I have Windows 7 Ultimate x64 and I have been trying to install that on his new rig. I have a 240 GB SSD that I am trying to install it on. The first one lead me to believe it was a faulty SSD and I sent it back to Newegg and they gave me a new one. I tried installing today, brand new SSD had to set a partition and everything, and I am still getting the same error as the last one. I will be posting everything that I see below, as well as what his rig looks like.

Error Message:
Gets through opening steps fine, then while "Expanding Windows files" it says the following;
"Windows cannot install required files. The file may be corrupt or missing. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code: 0x80070570"

Maybe bad media?
Got this once ages ago it was bad media, re-downloaded the .iso and burned a new DVD, plus re-seated ram in a new build.

Yep, more then likely bad disc.

Where did you get this Windows Ultimate disc ?

Is it Retail ?

Has it been tested on another machine ?

Or as one of the articles say, could also be a bad read, ie. a failing laser on a CD/DVD ROM.

I have used this before on my computer (quite recently) and installed first time with no issue. It leads me to believe that the issue is elsewhere, because it had the same problem trying to install Ubuntu.

Re-seating RAM and will post back.

EDIT: I swapped the RAM to a different slot and also I would like to add that I am installing this from an .iso on a flash drive.

Swapped the RAM to another spot, still same error code. I had read somewhere it could be bad RAM? Not sure if that is a possibility, but I am desperate at this time.

There have been others on here who tried a flashdrive and had problems, but then switched to a DVD and it installed. You might give it a try. This tutorial explains both methods.

Unplug all other HD's and peripherals,

Boot into BIOS setup, reset to defaults, set SATA controller to AHCI, Hard Drive first to boot, Save changes and Exit.

If you notice UEFI Boot choices in BIOS Boot Priority menu then proceed with UEFI (Unified Extensible Firmware Interface) - Install Windows 7 with. If you don't want a UEFI install you can Bypass UEFI to Install WIn7. This video can help you decide: UEFI BIOS vs. Legacy BIOS - YouTube

Then boot into Windows 7 installer DVD or flash stick burned or written using tool and latest ISO for your licensed OS version here. I would use a fresh ISO written with tool in Step 2 as yours is in question.

At first installer screen Press Shift + F10, or enter System Recovery Options to open a Command Box, type:

DISKPART
LIST DISK
SELECT DISK 0 (after confirming Windows 7 target HD #)
CLEAN
CREATE PARTITION PRIMARY
FORMAT FS=NTFS LABEL="WINDOWS 7"
ACTIVE
EXIT
EXIT

Next click Install Now, then Custom install to Clean Install Windows 7 to the partition you created. If it fails then report back at which step and the verbatim error message.

In addition read over these steps to understand the tools and methods which work best to get and maintain a perfect Clean Reinstall - Factory OEM Windows 7. The steps are the same for retail.

After install you can adjust partition size or Create new partitions for data, etc. in Disk Mgmt. You are creating the partition here for the purpose of wiping the HD and marking Active which overcomes certain install failures.

Downloaded the copy of Windows you gave me, got to the installing screen when I recieved a BSoD during Expanding Windows files that says BAD_POOL_HEADER with the stop code 0x00000019

For now this is all I can offer, M$ explanation;
You may receive a "STOP: 0x00000019" error message on a Windows Server 2003-based computer
Sounds like a file system error.

Yes, I am still on USB. I tried moving the RAM back to the other memory module and trying again. Not sure what else to do besides try plugging this hard drive into my computer and installing it from there, if it's a hardware issue.

Try Diskpart again? The bsod is because of a problem in the file system.

Test the SSD with the maker's diagnostics, and HD with the maker's HD Diagnostic extended CD scan.

Test your RAM - Test with Memtest86+ for 5-6 passes or overnight. Swap RAM sticks, try with only one stick.

Keep trying the steps I gave you before. If you have a partition already or can create one with the Diskpart command given, boot into the installer's System Recovery Options command line to run a full Disk Check

There's a possibility your installer is bad, still. Can you boot it and queue up install to see the HD on another PC? Can you try a DVD install. Use the latest ISO confirming it fully downloaded by size, burned to disk or stick with tool provided. Test in another PC.

Ok so I have gotten past the BSoD, only to be stuck at 28% on Expanding Windows files.

Ok, I got Windows installed, I had to install it from my machine and put the hard drive back to the new machine. I am attempting to get all the drivers and such installed. It just restart on me for no reason, no BSoD or anything, but I will keep everyone posted. Thanks SO much for all he help everyone.

EDIT: Ok, now I am recieving a BSoD, but it goes so fast I can't catch the stop code. But it has to do with MEMORY_MANAGMENT.
Also, I am trying to run the Windows update on it, but twice Windows Explorer crashed on me, and when I finally got it open, I got this error when trying to check for updates (which failed): error code 8024000E

Ok a followup of last post. I have Windows 7 Ultimate successfuly installed, and now I am trying to install updates and other programs on it. I started the Windows updates and tried to install another program (Battle.net app for gaming) and I recieved the BAD_POOL_HEADER BSoD with stop code STOP: 0x00000019

EDIT: Got another BSoD, this one MEMORY_MANAGMENT with a stop code STOP: 0x0000001a (0x0000000000000041790, 0xFFFFFA800233D540, 0x000000000000000, 0x0000000000000000)
