Colorvis webcam driver for Windows 7 64 bit required

Hi All,

I have searched high and low for a Windows 7 64-bit driver for my webcam, which incidently worked perfectly with Windows XP, but no longer works. Can anyone help me?

Webcam Make: Colorvis (chinese origin) - no other markings on casing.
Chipset: zco301 plus (confirmed by opening the camera case)

I have tried all available/suggested drivers that I can think off, none work...you are my last resort! Please help!

Thanks for your suggestion, however, I have already tried that and it does not work. I think I will just have to buy a new compatible webcam.....such a shame!

Try installing the XP driver in compatibility mode

A driver cannot be installed in compatibility mode. If the driver is packaged, yes, you can run the package in compatibility mode, but a driver is written for one version of Windows and cannot be altered in software, and will still fail to install.
