No, it won't
As you can see in Doc's pic, the GPU fan, the CPU fan and the case fan or fans will all do their jobs, so there will be no stag-net air so to speak.
If you look at the pics of my machine, you will see the 120mm CPU fan along with three intake and two exhaust 140mm fans, plus the GPU fan. No overheating going on here !
