Computer Crashing

Hello everyone. New to the forums.

I've been having some pretty frustrating crashes on my computer. This started back in late September. I was playing a game when I got the BSOD. I haven't got a blue screen since then but this hasn't stopped my computer from rebooting, crashing, freezing, etc.. I ran Memtest86+ and believed that the problem was with one of my DIMM slots, as it appeared that it would only give errors when RAM occupied that particular slot. I RMA'd the motherboard and low and behold the problem is still arising. The crashing mostly happens while playing games or during video chats with friends over Skype, but it's been known to reboot or freeze while idle, or even while windows is booting.

I would greatly, greatly appreciate it if someone could check out my minidump file and tell me what the problem appears to be. I ran Windows Debugging Tools and looked over it myself and believe that the problem was indeed the memory, but I'd someone with far more experience with this type of thing to look over this too.

Many thanks for the help.
