This is my first post on these forums, and I have read the guide to posting in this forum and hope I have done things correctly. I apologise if I have made any mistakes in this thread, please let me know and I will follow your instructions to fix it / provide more information.

Firstly, I can't run a System Health Report because I am getting a constant BSOD a few mins after running in normal mode. I can only run the system in safe mode and you can't run that tasks in safe mode.

Problem background, have had the occasional BSOD before but this is now a major problem. My sister with a similar laptop had a BSOD a while back and ended up reformatting after a phone call with Dell (not my idea to do this). Recently while running games I have been experiencing extremely low FPS, it will drop from 50-60 down to 5-12 randomly. I checked to see if my graphics card was faulty but it seemed fine.

Anyway now as I said above a few minutes after running windows in normal mode after logging in I will get a constant BSOD, here is one of them:

What is the age of system (hardware): April 2009 (Dell Studio XPS 1640, Intel Core2 Duo 2.4Ghtz, 4gb RAM)
What is the age of OS installation: November 2009

I have attached all the the .dmp files, including ones from before this problem in case they are of use in a .zip folder.

Help would be greatly appreciated.

Nick.

You are using a version of acronis that is not compatible with windows 7.
You need to remove it or update it if you can.
