Error 1317 help

All,

I'm hoping you can help me. I'm trying to install either Microsoft Office 2007 or Microsoft Office 2010, but every time I'm hitting a road block. When the download is 3/4 complete I get an error:

"Error 1317. Setup cannot create folder C:\ProgramData\Start Menu\Programs. Verify that the path exists in your system and that you have sufficient permissions to update it."

The problem is I have no folder that matches the path. The only Start Menu folder I have is in ProgramData is: C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs.

So far this is what I did.

1. I changed the permissions in C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu\Programs
2. I ran RegUtility 4

Still.....error. I have Windows 7.

Any suggestions????

After doing what was instructed, I still got the error. This is really frustrating!!!
