Solved Every browser I use crashes

Every CBSPersist file has a timestamp - simply look for the oldest one, highlight it, and hit the Del key (and confirm on request).
Then check the overall size of the folder.

There are no errors in either CBS.log or CheckSUR.log - the SFC scan was fine.
Given that, I don't think that there's much that I can do for you, as it appears to be either a settings or a malware problem. :(

All browsers depend on graphic's hardware which could also be fried ?
Could also have messed up the motherboard which everything depends on :(
