Solved Help missing icon power on laptop!

In the tasbar of my computer, power icon is missing! It's disabled, power icon are grayed out in System Icons and no appear at the Notification Area. the power icon is be grayed out and cannot be turn on or off by all users on the computer. Please help me! Because I'm Vietnamese, my English isn't good
