after i had dont the "sfc /scannow the dialog box closed down. and how can i do a disk check when i can not use the explorer.exe is there a way to open it through windows taskmanager?

Did you run Malwarebytes AFTER I recommended it? If not, update it to the latest virus definitions and run a full scan. Also, run the ESET Online Scanner as James recommended. I want to be sure that your computer is malware free before moving on to other steps.

After finishing the ESET scan, you can test to see if any installed programs are causing the issue by doing a clean boot. The tutorial linked below contains information for doing the clean boot and how to determine which program, if any is causing the problem.

I'm not as familiar with ESET Online Scanner as James is, but all looks good to me. Please refer to the steps previously posted for running the system file checker and establishing a clean boot. Which one you want to try first is up to you.
