Your system specs are incomplete. What video card does it have? That will tell you if you can play the game

it looks like that HP uses this intergrated graphics

imho game performance with integrated graphics is spotty and unpredictable at best so you can download the Hitman: Blood Money Demo

if the demo plays at an acceptable level you can get the game with some confidence, if the demo performs poorly you have just saved yourself the frustration of buying a game that won't play on your computer

If it is integrated, you may be able to play it depending on how new the computer it is itself, But I also would recommend upgrading your motherboard.

I think it should work,keep your graphics setting medium or low,as SleeStak said, try the demo first
