iKernel.exe couln't installed

I got a warning alert when im trying to install a game.

The InstallShield Engine (ikernel.exe) could not be installed.
The system cannot find the specified

How can i fix this trouble?

Im using windows 7 ultimate (32bit)
game: commandos 2

Try installing in compatibility mode.

Compatibility Mode didn't solve that successfully. where can i download the specific extension file? InstallShield Engine (ikernel.exe)
