Mfc42.dll error

i download a game called eslword and everytime i start the launcher it always gives me error. ive tried to post it on forums but seems like im the only one having that trouble means its probably my computer. Screen shot below.

Try the following - open an elevated command prompt and run the 2 commands below. Then reboot.

CD C:\Windows\System32

regsvr32 mfc42.dll

Hmm, then I am out of ideas also. I could send you a copy of mine from a 64bit Windows 7 which you can install (replace) in your system32 folder. It is 1.33 MBs big. Not sure though whether that would really work. What do you think.

Well, I do usually download missing DLLs that is missing from the game, Chances are 70% but it's worth giving a shot.

Can you like give me step by step instructions on gow am i going to change it?

1, You go to Computer and double click on the C partition
2. You double click on the Windows folder and then on the System32 folder
3. There you find your mfc42.dll and make a copy of it to a safe place
4. Then you delete your mfc42.dll
5. Unzip the .zip folder I sent you and copy my mfc42.dll
6. Paste my mfc42.dll into the system32 folder - any place, it will find it's place
7. Reboot
