In an effort to save SSD space, I came across the idea of mounting a games partition to a C:\Program Files (X86)\Games\ folder.
I’m wondering though why not just install games directly to that partition? I don’t think I’ve come across a game that doesn’t allow you to designate the installation location.
Or does Windows 7 automatically look in the system drive for games info? For example, clicking on the games link in the startup menu.
