Yep, it's called Winbuilder.I am dissapointed that they wont let you install to a USB device though. I guess its too big of an installation anyway. Would really like to see a mini Win 7 that only takes up a couple gigs and less then 500mb of ram...
And no, it is not stable, but it does work.
