I made sure i enabled all cores in BIOS and im using cpu-z and aida64 to get readings will take some screens.
Also i turned off turbo and havent touched clock settings only bumped my RAM to 1600 as thats how i had it on 1090t also turned off all the cool n quiet and amd power saver along with thermal control i forget what its called but its the one that drops clock and voltage.
