Hi all,

I just spent a fair bit on an alienware laptop and have only had it a few days and ive been experiencing BSOD pretty much every time I log in..sometimes its right away, sometimes a bit later.

Its a fresh laptop with windows on it and all ive done is install programs. I havent added any hardware or anything like that. I really hope its not a damaged piece of hardware as I dont want to send it back to Dell and wait 2 months while they fix it.

Its odd that the BSOD doesnt give me any offending file as the culprit, as usually it does and I can fix it, but using BlueScreenView tells me that its to do with ntoskrnl.exe

Im not 100% sure if this is the exact cause..and Im trying to figure out the offending culprit so i can squash it.

Ive attached the last few crashdumps and I hope someone here can help me.

Cheers guys

youre right. Its the matrix storage driver, but the only one available to download is older than the one currently on the system. Would downgrading on this type of driver be alright?
