Hi all. This is my first post here, so bear with me.
I have a toshiba laptop with windows 7 home premium software.
Everything was working fine until the computer would not shut down or restart. I took the battery out and restarted the computer normally. The login screen came up fine, but as soon as I typed one letter of my password, the screen went dim. It let me login normally though.
On the home screen, everything was different. My Internet connection icon disappeared. The control panel and the layout looked very different in general. It looks like a blocky version of the old windows computers. Now I cannot connect to the Internet or figure out why my layout change.
Please help?
