No Intel(r) Adapters present on this computer

So my computer was running pretty slow and has some problems, so i decided to do a full reset. Windows installed just fine, and whilst installing many drivers to get everything working properly. But i'm having trouble installing PROWin64 so i can get access to internet. But when I try to install it i get the No Intel(R) Adapters are present in this computer error message. I've scoured the internet all day now and nothing I've tried works. Please help me as I'm not very experienced in this area.

What exactly do you mean by a Windows full reset?
It means nothing to me.
