Hey

I have Windows 7 x86 RC on an older HP dx6100 (Pentium 4 3.2Ghz).

The current problem is it ignores its sleep setting (Never) and puts itself to sleep all the time.

I've changed the profiles to High Performance, back to Balanced, changed the profile myself and saved all the settings, but it continues to sleep.

Anyone seen similar symptoms?

Cheers

Torrentg understood your question a little better than I?? Does it sleep after a specific time? Or when does it sleep. How do you bring it out of sleep each time?
The command will disable the hibernate function, not sleep, hence my enquiry. What do you have set under the hibernate function?

Thanks for the tips. I think I might have sorted it out another way -

Set the sleep back to 15 mins, saved.
Set the sleep back to Never, saved.

Hasn't gone to sleep in a few hours now. Fingers crossed.

Thanks for the replies
