OS partition is inaccessible and Windows won't boot

Update. Since the built in recovery was down, I needed to get recovery disks.
The tech handling my laptop says that it pretty much refuses to install. Even after the drive has been wiped. He says the error refers to a raid error. I'm hoping he can figure out how to reinstall windows. I told him to try removing the mSATA...

As I mentioned earlier, what we've seen with these small caching SSD chips on the mobo or HD is that they are RAIDed with the HD. So you may need to find a way to RAID them back. Consult your Manual or the PC maker's Support for how it is done, often starting with enabling the Intel controller.
