All of my systems still run fastest on XP 32-bit for the most part. Win7 is fun to play with, but I still prefer XP for raw speed, security, and functionality.
Actually I have already Instlled Win 7 along with XP .
Now I want to reinstall XP by Formatting C Drive
So what will happen to boot loader ?

You will lose the ability to boot Windows 7. Afterward you will need to run EasyBCD to have it rediscover the Windows 7 and reinstall the bootloader, or run Startup Repair after booting from the Windows 7 disk, or if these fail run a repair install of Win7 which is an unpgrade over itself which I have used several times to re-establish its boot since it then becomes the second installed as required.

Welcome to Seven Forums.

If you go to the tutorial given by sup3rsprt and scroll down you will see the instructions on how to install XP after Win7 was installed, including 'NOTE: This is required to repair the Windows 7 boot file and add XP to the Windows Boot Manager list'.

Just look for:

When Windows 7 is Installed First
