Lol, I only got my Arctic Silver 5 in the last couple of weeks, I thought it was the latest stuff, when you said Arctic Silver 8 I thought darn they have been knocking new ones out quick!

Got a stable oc off this ran IBT fine but i think the voltage can come down some

I might go for a higher clock though while im at it max temp was 55c so hmmm

trying to keep it under but so far so good running like a champ

First time using ASUS when i saw the bios layout i was like oh my

Btw The temp reading was after the IBT and it shows max 55c in the right of max temp

Solar, see if you can set core temp to show temps for all cores rather than frequency. The temp you see is for Core 0, what about the rest of the cores? Nice OC though, well done.

I think i could the Temps are resonable earlier Steve was asking me about full temps and all so i think this is what he ment all core to see where they go but from what i seen at full load and idle they are consistant between 1c or 2c if any

im sure it will i have LLC set at High and so is the NB I been doing test on this rig all day im thinking it's a tank also I used this paste i need to find it again the store didn't have it at the time

Finally got to delid my 3770K and the results are fantastic. I used Liquid Ultra on all 4 surfaces

tw33k, Great work on modding the chip and getting those temps way down. This should allow great overclocking and sane temps even when the temps begin to climb back in your summer!

Gary...Delta temp is the average core temp minus the average ambient temp.

Yeah, the 7 Carat is a smaller tube of the same paste from what I could make out.

No it doesn't. I have a temp sensor that measures the room temp and the temp inside the case. I typed those figures in myself
