All the options to change the problem reporting settings have been 'greyed' out. When I had Soluto installed this was one of the effects. However I have now uninstalled Soluto but cannot get the settings back. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Hello and welcome, there should have been a Restore point created at the install of Soluto.
Restore your machine back to then.
If no restore point then restore to a date just before the install.
It is always the best practice to learn about Imageing software and take an Image before installing software.

Thanks MeOnMine, however I installed Soluto about 5 years ago and feel perhaps reverting to a restore point prior to that may cause more problems than it solves. I'll live with it until I purchase a new computer with Windows 10 on shortly. Thanks again for your help.
