First Please post with some info
why you are downloading mobo drivers. was there a problem? is this a new build? new installation of windows?

What version of windows are you running 32x or 64x? this will matter in what drivers you need.

yep.... when im viewing a video its not clear getting delay display frame wise... its like if we dont put the drivers, how it will appear its like that... my mother board is msi motherboard, amd sempron(tm) processor 3200 + 1.8g.hz,ram 2.0gb, 32 bit operating system.... if i try to put the motherboard drivers only sound drivers are being installed and rest are not.... as at present i have windows7 operating system.... where as when i used windows xp os everything was ok ..but after installing windows 7 the above problem is being arised......

Ok so you have Win7 32x and it was an upgrade from XP.

Some more info is needed:

Is this a laptop or Desktop?
What company made the computer and what model is it?
I could not find your Motherboard on MSI's site, Where are you trying to load the drivers from?

Another Question: What Video Card do you have or is it integrated graphics chip. You can check this easily by downloading GPU-Z GPU-Z Video card GPU Information Utility

When you get the info, post a screenshot if you can or relay the manufacturer and model number

The number you listed for your motherboard (g71-mv31011-j24) might not be correct. can you verify that is the actual name for the motherboard by also downloading and running CPU-Z CPUID
