Random BSOD on restart, idle

I'm not sure what's causing this, but I've been getting BSODs over the past few weeks. I think two of them occurred when I tried to restart from the Start menu - it got to the splash screen for shutting down, then stayed there for a minute or two, then BSOD'ed. The other ones occurred at seemingly random times, often when the computer has been just idling.
I keep my laptop on my desk, usually plugged in. I try to restart once a week or so.

SFC found no errors. CrystalDiskInfo and CPUID screenshots attached as well

Make sure your dump logging is enabled.

  1. Click Start, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.
  2. Double-click System.
  3. Click the Advanced tab, and then click Settings under Startup and Recovery.
  4. Check Write an even to the system log, and Automatically restart.
  5. In the Write debugging information list, click Small memory dump (256k).
