random BSOD with win32k.sys error

hi, recently i have been experiencing very frequent bsod's with this PC and i think they all showed the win32k.sys error
i use this PC for dlna streaming and storage. i recently did a clean install of win 7 and i tried to maintain a minimal amount of installed programs.
i have attached the SF file as instructed.
i hope someone could help me resolve this problem.

edit: i didn't mention that i did a system file check (sfc /scannow) and a disk and memory test, all came back clean.

[B]Usual causes:[/B]  Defective hardware (particularly memory - but not just RAM), Faulty system service, Antivirus,  Device driver, NTFS corruption, BIOS

From two of the BSODs I have analysed so far, there is a wide range of causes; I would run these procedures to help diagnose the problem:

Drivers -

Run the test for 24 hours, and if any BSODs occur earlier than this time frame, then you can stop the test and then upload the dumps; this will test for any missing or corrupted drivers.

Memory -

What program did you use to test the memory? I recommend running MemTest86+ as each pass runs a different test on the RAM sticks and DIMM slots.

Run Memtest86+ for least 7-8 passes, and preferrly overnight as it can take a while to fully complete.

Test each RAM stick individually, if an error is found then move the same RAM stick into the next DIMM slot and test again, if errors are found for the same RAM stick in every available slot then you have a faulty RAM module. On the other hand, if no errors are found in the next slot or the other slots for the same RAM module, then you have a faulty DIMM slot.

Test each RAM stick and every motherboard DIMM slot available.

Graphics Card -

:warn: Stress tests are designed to test for faulty hardware, and will produce exterme stress by placing exterme levels of load onto the graphics card, this will cause the component to become very hot, therefore I recommend following the steps very carefully and using a program such as (see link below) to monitor the temperature.

Why are you running Windows 7 Ultimate on 1GB RAM?

Installed Physical Memory (RAM)	1.00 GB

I would install more RAM into your system as this will also increase your performance and cause your system to crash less often.

Your BIOS is also very old, I would recommend making sure your hardware is compatible and also flashing your BIOS to a later version (see the motherboard's website for details):

I will do the tests that u recommended and report the results.
i had win7 through Microsoft agreement with my university and i don't know if the same serial would work with lower versions.
that pc however had worked well for streaming purposes until 1 week ago.
