What do you mean when you say "The Windows updates still doesnt go through when I shut down the computer."?

How do I reset Windows Update components? may be helpful?

Glad to see the RAM modules work separately.

When I shut the computer down, it intalls windows updates. When I switch the computer back on, it tries to configure these updates but fails and has to revert the updates.

I used the link, it said it fixed it but I havent checked if it has worked.

As for testing slot 4, is it alright just having one ram stick running in slot 4?

Should I do Trinty's suggestion after testing the memory?

Does your manual say something about slot 4 not working with one module? I know some systems have a slot reserved only for dual channel mode, but I am not familiar with your motherboard at this time.

Doing Trinty's suggestion won't hurt your system, so you can give it a try. Not sure it will resolve the SPLDR.sys problem, though.

Here are the steps to do what Trinty suggested:

1. Download the drivers you want for your display card(s)
2. Click Start Menu
3. Click Control Panel
4. Click Uninstall a program
5. For NVIDIA:
   • Uninstall the NVIDIA Graphics Driver (this should uninstall all NVIDIA software and drivers)
   • Restart your computer
   • Make sure NVIDIA 3D Vision Driver, NVIDIA 3D Vision Video Player, NVIDIA HD Audio Driver, and NVIDIA PhysX System Software are not still listed under Uninstall a program through Control Panel
   • If any remain of the above, uninstall one at a time
   • If asked to restart after uninstalling any of the above, do so, and continue uninstalling any remaining NVIDIA items until all are removed
6. For AMD:
   • Uninstall AMD Catalyst Install Manager if it is listed (this should remove all AMD graphics software and drivers)
   • If AMD Catalyst Install Manager is not listed, use the following method to uninstall the graphics drivers (this applies to onboard graphics, as well):
     1. Click Start Menu
     2. Right Click My Computer/Computer
     3. Click Manage
     4. Click Device Manager from the list on the left
     5. Expand Display adapters
     6. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
        • Right click the adapter
        • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
        • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
        
        Alternatively:
        1. Login as an adminstrative user
        2. Click Start Menu
        3. Click Control Panel
        4. Click Hardware and Sound
        5. Click Device Manager (the last link under Devices and Printers)
        6. Expand Display adapters
        7. Do the following for each adapter (in case you have multiple display cards)
           • Right click the adapter
           • Click Uninstall (do not click OK in the dialog box that pops up after hitting Uninstall)
           • Put a tick in Delete driver software for this device (if this option is available, otherwise just hit OK) and hit OK
   • Restart your computer after uninstalling drivers for all display cards
   • Install the driver you selected for the display cards once Windows starts

I have ram running in slot 4 now, no crashes, so is not the motherboard slots....
Somehow my computer wont run with two ram sticks, or with 8gb ram...what do you think?

Put both RAM sticks in as you normally run them. Go into your BIOS, go to the exit screen, load setup/optimized defaults, save, and exit.

• Download and install CPU-Z and Upload screenshots of the CPU, Mainboard, Memory, and SPD tabs. In the SPD tab, upload an image of each slot.
  
  Also, go into your BIOS and post all Voltages (CPU, RAM, NB, IMC, etc.) and all RAM settings (timings, frequency, etc.)

See if you run more stable after you have reset the CMOS by loading setup/optimized defaults. If not, I will give further instructions based on the above information.

As for Ram timings, I didnt know what to give you, so I took a photo with my phone...

Set the DRAM Command Mode to 2. See if that provides more stability over time. Do your normal routine for twice as long as it typically takes to get a crash (on average). Post back how the system responds at that time.

Hello, I changed it but crashed within 15 mins BAD_POOL_HEADER.

Tried again, crashed right after Windows started up and when I rebooted again, there was a pop up:
igfxtrayWindow: igfxtray.exe - Entry Point Not found
The procedure entry point CoTaskMe could not be located in the dynamic link library ole32.dll

You either have a virus as previously stated, or your GPU driver is not functioning. Maybe want to get a new thread going in System Security to get a thorough analysis.
