Clean reinstall just finished.
Intel ICH8M-E/ICH9M-E SATA RAID Controller seems to be installed by windows by default. Should I be concerned with this device driver?

Without RST installed, you should not be concerned about that driver.

Let us know how the new installation works, coz I am really curious on your issue.

I haven't had a BSOD yet but I just recently finished installing software/drivers. I will leave the PC on overnight and see what happens. Then tomorrow I will go through more rigorous testing with playing games while recording to my USB 3.0 HDD and using my Bluetooth mouse.
I found that accelerometer.sys was automatically installing with Windows Update, so I have disabled that option and I was checking after each and every installation to see if iaStor variations or accelerometer were installed, and the only one there is iaStorV, which was there prior to updates at the clean system installation.

Okay, I received another BSOD today. I was only browsing the web too.
Perhaps the Intel USB 3.0 eXtensible host driver is causing the crash?
I'm at a loss on this one, I don't have any idea where to go from here.

No reason is there that anything may be blamed precisely.

Do some hardware tests at first, though I guess you have done some\all of them earlier.

Test your RAM modules for possible errors.
How to Test and Diagnose RAM Issues with Memtest86+
Run memtest for at least 8 passes, preferably overnight.

Stress test the Graphics Card using Furmark.
Video Card - Stress Test with Furmark

Stress test the CPU.
Hardware - Stress Test With Prime95

1. Run chkdsk /f/r, following the option two of the tutorial Disk Check
2. Seatool for dos: SeaTools | Seagate download
   Burn it in a blank cd. boot from the CD, click on "Accept", wait for it to finish detecting the drives, then in the upper left corner select "Basic Tests", then select "Long Test" and let it run.

If all of them comes clear, probably there will be no way but blaming the motherboard, and unfortunately there is no way to test it.

Before I started I had another crash. Windbg shows dgxm as cause?
And is there a different USB 3.0 Driver you would recommend?

And a few more dump if there's nothing, I'm going to clean reinstall again. This time, without installing any other drivers, no network, nvidia, or using any usb 3.0 devices. If it doesn't crash would it point to a bad driver/software rather than the Motherboard?

Clean reinstall is done, again. And I have manually created restore points after installing drivers/programs or windows updates, and extended the size allotted for restore points to 50GB, to ensure they do not get overwritten by newer restore points.
Attached are some screen shots of my installed programs and the device manager screen.
I have not yet received a BSOD, I have connected, after creating restore points before doing so, my USB HDD, Bluetooth mouse (which oddly enough works the first time I connect it, then doesn't work after that unless I uninstall the device, restart the PC, and add the device again).
Also attached are snapshots of the Windows Update screen, should I update them, and if so, which ones?
I think that's about all I need/use.

What I plan to install, let me know if I should NOT install any of these

Cyberlink YouCam - for recording via webcam (Do you know of any other software I can use if this one is not OK?)

I've decided to not install the Bluetooth component at all, usin the generic one seems to be doing okay now.

Frankly speaking, in the rate all your motherboard drivers are failing, it is highly indicating that your motherboard is failing. I guess you will face the BSODs again, very soon, blaming another motherboard/intel driver.

Well, the only thing that makes me hesitant and reluctant to think it is a failing piece of hardware is that HP replaced everything in the laptop last week when I sent it in for repair.
And when they sent it back, it was working properly. They didn't however connect a USB 3.0 device, or have a Bluetooth device connected - though I specifically told them it seems to happen more frequently when the devices are connected. The USB 3.0 HDD works flawlessly on another laptop, and I have tried two separate Bluetooth mice, so the accessories seem to not be at fault.
Also, I connected the USB 3.0 HDD and Bluetooth mouse this morning (about 2 hours) and had a game running as well to stress the GPU as well. No crashes since clean install still.

Would the following hotfix have any effect on my system? I recall a few crashes seemed related to this, possibly.
"Stop 0x0000007E SYSTEM_THREAD_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED" error when the GPU is under heavy load conditions in Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2

Well, I got in contact with the executive customer relations, supposedly the people above case managers at HP, and they don't know what to make of the problem. They talked with my previous 3 case managers while I was on hold, and they're probably setting up another RMA for repair, and said they will see where things go from there
In the mean time, a lot of my crashes have been 'unknown' according to whocrashed, because I don't know how to use WinDebug

I cannot access that information in the BIOS, is there a way to view this information? Bios is version f.23 by insyde.

Very quick reply!
But it was a no-go.
Pressing, pressing and holding, repeatedly tapping, morse code, and random spamming of the A button did not work numerous times after pressing f10 just takes me to the very limited bios options page after beeping (rudely) at me.
