Re-installed windows 7 and...

Now my graphics are a-bit blurry, and the graphics card is 'Standard VGA graphics adaptor' in device manager.

I tried installing the driver via - ATI Catalyst , which is my driver [I believe] and it says ATI catalyst mobility is not available with my hardware

I have a ati mobility radeon hd 4200

You need to fill out your system specs before anybody can give you any sensible advice.
