Hi

Couple of ways to achieve this:

  1. Use Device Manager to disable the audio device however you would need to do this every time you restart your PC
  2. Refer to your motherboard manual as it would detail how to access the appropriate setting in your BIOS to disable the on-board audio. Some manufacturers also allow using a jumper pin on the motherboard to disable the audio.
Hope this helps in some way and regards

There must be a way to uninstall the software completely ? Even If I disable the hardware the software will still be on here.

Hi

It could be that the OS is loading generic drivers upon initialization.
If the BIOS fix does not work, you could try using Revo Uninstaller (Pro version is paid but can be used as a limited trial) to remove the software.

Keep us posted on how things turn out
Regards

You can not uninstall Realtek from your machine the Realtek chips are an integral part of the mother board.

See here for the specs;

Newegg.com - GIGABYTE GA-EP45-DS3L LGA 775 Intel P45 ATX Intel Motherboard

You can uninstall the software packets and the drivers for these chips, but that is not advisable as it will disable various functions on your board. Notably your onboard LAN ( Local Area Net ) and your on board audio.

What exactly do you want to uninstall, and why?
