I am running Windows 7 Home Premium, Version 6.1, Build 7600. I am trying to install and add-in for Microsoft Word 2003 (redaction add-in). When I click the installer, a dialog box states I need to install "Net framework." It asks it I would like to install it now. I click "yes" in the dialog box and I am taken to the Microsoft website to download the application. I downloaded the application, and when I click on it, nothing happens. I went back to download the entire file instead of the bootstrapper version, and the files will extract, but it stops and closes after the files are extracted.
I even "right-clicked" the file and selected "run as administrator," but the same thing happens. Can anyone provide any insight into this issue?
Thanks!
Joseph Y.
