Same settings for all computers

Hello,
I need to install Windows 7 on several computers. All the settings I do on one computer (desktop theme, registry changes, IE settings, taskbar size, desktop icons and shortcuts, quick launch toolbar etc.) I need to do all over again, by hand , on all the other computers. All are clean Windows 7 installs with nothing else but drivers for each hardware.
Is there a better way to get all the settings from the first computer I setup the way I need it to all the others?

have you tried windows easy transfer?

just start typing transfer into your start-menu searchbox to find the program.

Thank you for that!
At first look the following things did not transfer:
- the taskbar size (I like it double size);
- the pinned programs.
- Also IE just opens again the first run setup (the rest of IE settings look ok).
- The desktop icons did not transfer (I had it set to show Computer, Network and Recycle Bin).
- The quick launch toolbar is populated with the defaults (I had them removed).

So it looks that Windows Easy Transfer is not very reliable , but it gets part of the job done.
