Not an incredibly big deal, but I just put together a system, and I use truecypt to test the drives. It reads and writes every byte when doing a full disk. So I can be safe. It only works with MBR format. I thought to to use truecypt to test the disks. However, I tried to use repair on the 7 instasll disk, diskpart, convert mbr. No joy. Still GPT. I loaded 7 onto my HDD, did disk management, no joy. Still a GPT. I got 2 of these Mushkin SSDs, and try as I might, I cannot get them to MBR. Any help would be appreciated. I really don't need GPT, Windows 10, etc. Happy where I am.
