Using windows 7 ultimate , when starting up screen goes to boot manager for 1 of 3 choices or windows 7 will start automatically after ......then counts down from 30 secs , not major problem but can I tweak in any way to avoid this ?

Welcome to Seven Forums.

If you would like for this to just be a shorter time, type msconfig in the start menu search box/enter. On the boot tab reduce the time out (3 seconds minimum). Check the 'Make all boot settings permanent box (you can still change them) and click ok.
