Stop 0x000000F4 BSOD

I just fresh installed windows 7 64-bit and i willl be surfing the web or something and bame i get the stop 0x000000F4 bsod screen and I am not sure why it keep poping up.

We need the actual DMP file created when the computer crashed. use these to find and upload them to us. http://www.sevenforums.com/crash-lockup-debug-how/34900-1-novice-how-ask-help-bsod-problem.html
